Brian Peknic
Brian Peknic graduated with a B.A. in political science from Fairfield University in 1994 and then earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1997. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998. Immediately following law school, Brian was an associate with a civil litigation firm that concentrated on personal injury litigation and a diverse general practice. In 2001, Brian became a founding partner of the firm. Brian now manages the insurance and no-fault defense division, as well as the wills and estates division. The firm is defense counsel to numerous insurance carriers and Brian supervises and manages the firm’s auto, no-fault and premises liability insurance defense litigation. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association; Vice-President of the Long Beach Lawyers Association; Co-Counsel to the Ancient Order of Hibernians; a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus; and a member of the Friendly Son’s of St Patrick.
